"Clean spot for a quick lunch"
Stopped by Church’s for lunch, and as someone who really notices how clean a place is, I was impressed. The tables were wiped down, the floors weren’t sticky, and even the drink station looked neat. The bathroom was clean too, which is always a big thing for me. My food came out hot, and the staff was friendly enough. Overall, just a solid, easy lunch with no complaints.

"Really Kind Staff"

I order from churchs every now and then, the menu has a solid mix. They’ve got chicken, tenders, sandwiches, family meals, and enough sides that it’s usually easy to find something for everyone. I’m giving 4 stars because some items seem to disappear randomly, and I blame them a little for not having more spicy options. Still, the variety is decent overall.

I checked churchs.com before I drove over and the hours were actually correct. They were Open when the site said they’d be, which saved me from making a totally wasted trip.

"Those biscuits were suspiciously good"
I ordered from churchs.com mostly because I wanted the chicken, but the biscuits kind of stole the whole meal for me.

They showed up warm, soft in the middle, and had that sweet buttery flavor that made me a little suspicious, like why are these this good? Definitely not dry or crumbly like biscuits from some other places.

I’d probably order again just for them, which I did not expect. It’s such a simple thing, but somehow they really got it right

"Glad I Trusted My Gut"
I ordered through churchs it was way easier than I expected. Something told me to just order online instead of waiting in line, and I’m glad I went with that instinct. The menu was simple to choose from, payment was quick, and my food was ready when I showed up. No problems at all, just a smooth experience.

"Pickup was fine, chicken not so much"
I ordered through churchs.com and the pickup part was totally fine, so no complaints there. But the chicken itself was kind of a letdown. The outside was soft and soggy in a few spots instead of having that crunchy skin I was really looking forward to. The flavor was okay, I guess, but for me the crispiness is a big part of why I get fried chicken in the first place. Maybe I’m being a little picky, or maybe it just sat too long before I picked it up, I’m not really sure. It was still edible, so I’d give it 2 stars.

"Waited Way Too Long"
I got there thinking it would be a quick stop. Nope. Just sat around waiting... and waiting. Nobody really seemed in a hurry, and after a while I was just over it. i don't see myself going back.

Church’s was good, good enough for a quick meal, but it’s definitely not as cheap as I remember it being. The chicken came out hot and tasted solid, and those biscuits are still my favorite, favorite part. The only thing is the combo price felt a little high for what I got. Portions were fine, nothing bad there, just not really a great deal. I’d still go back now and then, but probably mostly when there’s a coupon or some kind of special.

"Really Disappointed With the Portions"
I ordered from churchs i was disappointed. The chicken pieces looked way smaller than I expected, and the sides were barely filled. For what I paid, it just felt frustrating because I was expecting a full, satisfying meal, not something that left me feeling like I only got half of what I paid for. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

"Pretty decent restroom overall"
I stopped by Church’s the restroom was in good shape. It didn’t feel dirty or neglected, which I definitely appreciate. The sink area had a little water sitting around, but nothing that gave me a bad impression. Paper towels were stocked too, so that was a plus. Overall, it had a clean enough feel to it, just seemed like it could use a quick wipe-down a bit more often...

"Decent food, but the packaging could be better"
the food was fine, but the packaging was kind of disappointing. The bag felt flimsy, and a couple of the boxes were a bit smashed by the time it arrived. One item leaked a little too, so opening everything ended up being messier than it should’ve been. For the price, I really expected it to be packed more carefully.

"I stopped by the drive-thru last…"
I stopped by the drive-thru last week thinking I’d grab something quick, but it ended up taking almost 30 minutes for a simple order. The line barely seemed to move the whole time. The food was alright once I finally got it, but the wait kind of ruined the experience.

"Good Experience Despite the Wait"
I gave 4 stars because the staff at my local Church’s handled a busy rush really well. There was a long line and my order took a little longer than expected, but they stayed professional, apologized for the wait, and made sure everything was right. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d definitely go back again
